Amit Goyal is the Swiss Finance Institute Professor of Finance at the University of Lausanne. He received is Ph.D. in Finance from the Anderson School at UCLA and was Assistant as well as Associate Professor at Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Amits's research interests focus on asset pricing and investments.  He has published in the leading finance journals such as the Journal of Finance, the Review of Financial Studies, and the Journal of Financial Economics.
